Eagles Soccer Starting!

There is a rumor that both varsity soccer coaches want their athletes in great condition when they arrive for first practice on August 17th. Running consistently for 20 minutes 3 times a week is a good start.

Focusing on skills is what the coaches want to do rather than conditioning, for this upcoming season.

Soccer information and forms are available from the office, should you need them. Remember all forms, fees and physicals must be completed by the first day of practice. You may bring your forms and fees then if you wish.
