Sports, fine arts festivals, science fairs, worship band, robotics–these are the rich memories that come to mind when students think back on their school years.

Our goal at NCA is to nurture the whole student. With that in mind, we offer many opportunities beyond the regular day-to-day academics.
  • Intramural and club sports include tennis, golf, skiing, junior high co-ed soccer and basketball and elementary hoops. NCA students are on the move at every level!
  • One of the favorite competition teams in the Junior High is our FLL Robotics team, the Flying Geeks! Students grow in leadership, intellect, and teamwork as they build robots to compete with teams at the state, national and even international level.
  • In Fine Arts, opportunities range from individual music and art lessons to a annual school-wide Fine Arts Festival. Each Spring grades 3 – 5 perform a musical for their parents and peers.
  • In Junior and Senior High, students participate in worship bands and lead our weekly chapel services.

Outside the halls of the school, students are regularly involved in outreach.
    • Regular Outreach Events include working at area food pantries, the Southern New Hampshire Rescue Mission, NCA children’s programs in the park and at the mission, Fan the Flame teen event, the Nashua Children’s Home, Beacon Hospice, MooreMart (serving service men & women at home and abroad), The Red Cross, Big Brother Big Sister, Nashua Afterschool programs, Angel Tree, Care Givers of Nashua, Care Net Pregnancy Crisis Center, and local families in need.  In 2003 the High School launched a community English as a Second Language (ESL) program.

  • LEGO LEAGUE- Welcome to the Flying Geeks Website. The Lego League team of NCA.
  • PERFORMING ARTS- "For in Him we live and move and have our being" is the theme of the NCA Theatre Department.
  • OUTREACH- Showing God’s love in a tangible way is what outreach is all about.

  • LIBRARY- With over 12,000 titles in the NCA library, there is something for everyone. Mrs Frediani and her dedicated staff work to ensure that every visit to the library is a step in developing life-long readers. From biographies of the Heroes of the Faith, to timeless classics from the Berenstain Bears, Anne of Green Gables, and the “Left Behind” series all students have access to this excellent resource. A wide variety of resource material is also available.

  • WORSHIP TEAMS - God is blessed when we offer him a “joyful noise” and both Junior High and High School students participate in our worship bands and lead our weekly chapel services. Students work closely with Mrs. Eastman and are challenged to develop excellent technical skills as well as a heart for God in worship.
