Admission to Nashua Christian Academy includes both testing and an interview.

Admissions Testing / Interview.

For Kindergarten through Fifth grade a teacher administered test is given to determine academic skills and level. For younger students this test is conducted 1-on-1. For older students a written test is conducted 1-on-1 or in a group. An interview may also be conducted by the principal.

For Sixth through Eighth grade a written test and oral Bible exam is given to determine academic skills and level. An interview is conducted by the Junior High Principal.

For Ninth through Twelfth grade a transcript of their high school career, as appropriate, is required along with a written essay of their Christian testimony. An interview is conducted by the High School Principal.

Additionally the families of all applicants interview with the Headmaster and appropriate Principal to review the distinctives and highlights for each student.

Nashua Christian Academy 2010 – 2011 Tuition and Fees

* Curriculum fees are not optional and are a ‘direct cost’ item determined by the cost of books, material and other educational resources (eg. field trips). The curriculum fee is generally due in June prior to the school year.

** Although students are encouraged to try out for NCA Eagle teams, athletics are optional. NCA High School Athletics fee covers additional expenses; referees, facility rental & equipment.

Volunteer Service Requirement
Volunteering is a rewarding way for parents to be involved at NCA. Each family is required to participate in 24 hour of volunteer service per year (8 hours minimum in the area of cleaning or maintenance) If this requirement is not fulfilled by June 1st of the current school year there will be an additional $250.00 fee added to your families account.

Tuition Payment
There are 2 payment options available to each family. Full payment and monthly payments.

Full payment– Payment in full must be received by the 5th of August before the current school year.

Monthly payments– NCA uses FACTS Tuition Management in administrating tuition payments. Payments are made 10 months a year, August to May. Pre-authorized electronic payment account withdrawals are made on either the 5th or 20th of each month (your choice).
